Sangha Practice – group meditation

Experience the profound peace of connecting with others in a 2-hour silent meditation. Facilitated by IPBC Dharma teacher Matt Trinley Foster and Nicoya Helm of Mindfulness Meditation KC, this retreat is designed to be a container of silence for anyone interested in reflection and meditation. Each of us travels our own path and we welcome all contemplative practitioners into this safe, supported space. First-timers or advanced practitioners – all are warmly welcomed. A facilitator is always available before and after the session to answer questions.
Each retreat begins at 10 am and ends at noon. Join us early at 9:30 am for a brief mindfulness meditation instruction. Chairs and cushions are provided, or feel free to bring your own. Books and journals are welcome during break periods. Plan to wear comfortable, layered clothing.
The retreat is free and open to all. A suggested donation of $15 is appreciated.
